Our consultation forms ask for your first and last name, email address, phone number, type of case, and a message. We also receive information you choose to provide by telephone, email, or other direct communication. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, financial-account details, full medical records, evidence, or other highly sensitive material through a website form unless an attorney specifically asks you to do so through an approved method.
Information collected automatically
When you use the website, our hosting, security, and analytics providers may receive technical information such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser and device information, approximate country, requested pages, referring page, and the date and time of a request. The Google tag may use cookies or similar technologies. The site also uses session storage for a browser-compatibility test.
When you submit a form, our website creates a random submission identifier and records the source page and submission time. The intake record may also include your browser’s user-agent string, country code supplied by Cloudflare, and a one-way SHA-256 hash of your IP address. The downstream intake record receives the hash rather than the plain IP address, although Cloudflare necessarily processes ordinary network information to deliver and protect the website.
How Website Inquiries Are Processed
Website forms send information to an intake endpoint hosted on Cloudflare. That endpoint forwards the information to a separate lead-intake service. The configured workflow may store submissions, use automated and AI-assisted services to help distinguish genuine inquiries from spam, send intake notifications through an email-delivery service, and forward records to an agency-operated lead-intake dashboard used by personnel involved in handling website leads.

How We Use Information

Each provider handles information under its own terms, privacy commitments, and configuration.
We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, legal process, court orders, or professional obligations; investigate fraud or security incidents; or protect the rights, safety, or property of the Firm or others.
How Long We Keep Information
Website inquiries may be retained in intake databases, dashboard records, and email systems. No single fixed retention period applies to every record. Retention depends on the type of inquiry and the time reasonably needed to respond, evaluate the matter, maintain intake and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal, professional, or recordkeeping obligations. If an attorney-client relationship is formed, separate client-file retention requirements may apply. A deletion request may therefore be limited by legal or professional duties.
Security
We use measures designed to protect website information, including HTTPS transmission, no-store responses from the website form endpoint, and one-way hashing of the IP address included in the downstream intake record. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
